Cancellation Policy!

You may cancel or reschedule 72 hours before the trip without penalty. If a cancellation is made between 72 - 24 hours before, we will charge up to 50% of the trip’s total cost if you cancel. If you don’t show up at the time of the charter or cancel within 24 hours, we will charge 100% of the cost of the charter. If you cancel on a rescheduled trip, we may charge you up to 100% of the charter cost. We try our best to rebook if you cancel on us. If we book a charter with someone else by the time of your cancelled trip, we will not charge you. Less than ideal weather does not permit cancellation. Your Captain is responsible for safety & decides when the weather is unsafe to go. In Florida, predicting the weather several days out is almost impossible. If you choose to cancel due to the weather forecast at anytime, we will charge 100% of the charter. We are nice people and really don’t like enforcing this policy, but this is how we make a living and some people don’t respect that.

All offshore trips are subject to switch to inshore at the Captain’s discretion. By booking an offshore trip, you agree to reschedule or fish inshore if the weather does not allow offshore or pay 50% of the charter cost.

On all charters, we may fish up to 6 lines. However, it is likely we only fish 4 at a time due to the nature of the fishing and fishing spots. The captain decides how many lines are available & how many will be fished that day. There are no discounts for fishing 4 lines at a time.

If you are advised by the captain that the trip is going to be cut short due to weather / ocean conditions but you choose to go on the trip anyway, you are responsible for the full price of the charter. We do not give discounts due to seasickness or a client request to return to the dock early. If you expect to pay less because we return to the dock early, the time to negotiate that is prior to the trip. Once your scheduled trip time starts, you will be charged for your time regardless of our actual start time.
